Jennifer Gillman is President of Gillman Strategic Group, a legal recruiting company focused solely on law firm partner placement. Her goal is to help dissatisfied law firm partners and solo practitioners find the perfect fit at another firm, which can make a dramatic difference in their career and personal satisfaction. Her superpower is being able to tell in 15 minutes whether a law firm partner would be happier changing firms or if their current firm is the best fit.
A recovering lawyer herself, Jen knows how busy law firm partners are, and how Jen received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University, magna cum laude. After practicing law for 12 years, she realized that legal recruiting combined her two passions of law and matchmaking. She worked with a full-service New Jersey legal recruiting firm for 10 years, before following her dream and launching Gillman Strategic Group in 2018.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her lawyer husband and two children.
Before joining Gillman Strategic Group, Erin was a virtual assistant and online business manager for 15 years. She has extensive experience in copywriting, marketing and business strategy. Erin earned her degree in Graphic Design. Outside of work, Erin enjoys the outdoors, hiking and camping with her family and is an avid reader.
Todd Gillman is a Managing Director for Legal Recruiting and Business Development for Gillman Strategic Group, with a primary focus on the West Coast.
Todd received his law degree from The University of Miami School of Law in 1999. He began his legal career as an associate at firms in New Jersey and New York, with a focus on litigation and commercial insurance coverage.
He manages and acts as in-house counsel for BIC Management. His wide scope of experience in the legal and real estate/business world helps him bring a fresh perspective to legal recruiting.
Outside of work he enjoys going to local music concerts and playing guitar with his “Dad band.” He also is an avid tennis player and enjoys exploring local restaurants with his wife and friends.
Konstantina (Tina) DiMarco is a Managing Director of Legal Recruiting for Gillman Strategic Group. She is a recovering international attorney, with legal studies and experience in both the U.S. and Europe. She holds an LLM degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, a JD degree from the University of Athens School of Law, Greece, and a joint Master’s degree in Law & Economics from the Universities of Rotterdam, Netherlands, and Ghent, Belgium.
Tina began her legal career overseas, where she focused her practice on antitrust and competition law, holding relevant positions with the European Commission and the Brussels, Belgium, office of a global “Magic Circle” law firm. Following her U.S. LLM course, she trained by the side of the Hon. Leo Gordon at the U.S. Court of International Trade and with two New York boutique law firms. She is a member of the New York Bar and the Athens Bar, Greece.
At Gillman Strategic Group, Tina works with attorney candidates of varying levels of experience, assisting them with a smooth lateral transition. In line with GSG’s candidate-centric philosophy, she concentrates on finding the right fit for each attorney’s unique set of skills, while ensuring an efficient and effortless process. The opportunity to routinely engage with interesting new people from diverse legal backgrounds is the aspect of recruiting she enjoys the most. Outside of work, Tina enjoys traveling and learning foreign languages.
Before joining Gillman Strategic Group, Laura was a Human Resources and Administrative Manager for five years. She has extensive experience in business management and human resources strategies. Laura´s degree is in Psychology.
Laura loves to go to concerts and little towns and watch movies outside of work.
Before joining Gillman Strategic Group, Emily spent five years working in legal intake as a Senior Client Consultant. She has extensive experience in business relations and first hand knowledge of law firm cultures.
Outside of work Emily spends her time reading, practicing yoga, and trying new restaurants with her friends.
